About Valerie

Passionate, driven and a born teacher; my name is Valerie and I am a Canadian who is now based in Sydney. I have always had a desire to help people become the best versions of themselves and through yoga and meditation, I have found the best medium for not only my life journey, but to help others live a more fulfilled life.

I found incredible fulfilment in yoga and meditation; I have been teaching from a young age and that is why I get great pleasure out of sharing yoga and mediation with others. I realised that change always begins from within and that our minds are powerful; by changing your habits and behaviours, you are able to start creating your best life possible.
