Meet Valerie Saindon
Meet Valerie, an expert in the art of acroyoga. With years of training and practice under their belt, Valerie has become a sought-after acroyoga teacher in Australia.
Known for her passion and expertise, Valerie brings a unique and dynamic energy to her classes. Her teaching style is both fun and challenging, helping students to push their boundaries while also fostering a sense of community and connection.
Whether you’re a seasoned acroyoga practitioner or a complete beginner, Valerie’s classes are tailored to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. With a focus on safety, alignment, and proper technique, Valerie will guide you through each pose and transition, helping you to develop strength, flexibility, and balance along the way.

Yoga is For Everybody
Yoga does not discriminate; for any age, shape, skill or ability- your practice is at your own space. The reason we call it yoga practice is because no matter where you start, you can always improve and there is no end to improvement; improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, reduce your stress, decrease your chance of injury and ultimately, become more mindful on and off the mat.
By using a combination of your body, mind, energy and breath; yoga helps strengthen and build a stronger internal connection- strengthen the mind, the body & the spirit.
Make some time for you. We know, this can be such a hard thing to do, but you owe it to yourself to re-connect. Not only will you feel better, but you will be able to get through those everyday tasks with a new mindset and fresh energy.
Be kind, connected and generous to those around us; even if they are not paying us the same respect. By showing others compassion, we set the tone for what comes back to us. Remember our journey comes from within.
