What is Acro Yoga?
Acro is a great way to build trust and confidence. It empowers you from the first lift.
As it names states, it’s a mix between acrobatics and yoga. It is performed with a partner, however you don’t need to have a partner to participate in a class. Actually it’s usually better if you don’t have a regular partner so you practice with different people and it fast forward your learning.
Acro Yoga Workshop
You learn the proper technique to go from one pose to another with confidence and ease. Our workshop makes people feel secure so they can learn faster and progress safely.
We also practice outdoor at a beautiful location overlooking the ocean in Bondi, so we get some fresh air and in contact with nature.
It’s not about strength, it’s about technique. Learning the proper technique will allow you to get into poses you didn’t even think possible.

Let Them Tell You...
I met Valerie as an attendee at one of my yoga events. Over the past 6 months I’ve loved having Valerie as part of my events team teaching yoga and acro yoga. While Valerie’s classes are fun, they are also very professional and all levels of yoga are catered for. I’d recommend Valerie as a yoga and acro yoga teacher for any event, group class or personal yoga teacher. Valerie’s love for yoga, the outdoors, ocean and adventure is infectious.
I had the pleasure of attending a session of Victory Yoga overlooking the gorgeous ocean and what a great way to start your day. So many of us are stuck behind desks so do your body a favour and start with Valerie who has a vibrant energy and helps all of us connect and stay healthy. I’m a beginner but she made all of us feel a part of something special. A great start to my day.
Valerie such a natural! I always enjoy coming to her classes. Great locations and you always go at a good pace for all levels. So gentle with adjustments and providing alternatives variation posture, really present with each person in the class, have a little massage at the end to help relax, so I leave wanting to go to her next class, thank you.
