What is it

AcroYoga is a fun and engaging experience that allows you to build connections with people you are practicing with while staying fit and building core strength. 

Throughout the session, our teacher Valerie will take you through a series of AcroYoga poses. You DO NOT need a partner to join as we will be partnering people on the spot. 

Everyone attending will at least be able to hold 3 poses. 

Everyone is welcome. No prior acro yoga or yoga experience needed.

Warm up

We warm up with some stretches or yoga poses or flow. We also work on conditioning exercises to get your body more acro fit, whether is strength, flexibility or endurance.



Learn the basics of acroyoga or refine your practice in a fun environment. We usually learn (and practice) between 2-6 poses per classes depending of the complexity/challenge of the poses. Don’t forget to take a few photos… we’ll make you insta famous with your friends 😉


End of the event

Enjoy the rest of your evening feeling energised and connected. 

Who is this for?

You know Acro Yoga really is for everyone, and it progresses as you progress.

There is no age, physique, level of fitness required.

You don’t need to bring a partner. I’m really deliberate in making sure everyone has an appropriate partner to work with. I’ve developed some really keen senses and an ability to pair people together who I think will help bring out the best in each other.

About Your Host

Meet Valerie Saindon, an expert in the art of acroyoga. With years of training and practice under their belt, Valerie has become a sought-after acroyoga teacher in Australia.

Known for her passion and expertise, Valerie brings a unique and dynamic energy to her classes. Her teaching style is both fun and challenging, helping students to push their boundaries while also fostering a sense of community and connection.

Whether you’re a seasoned acroyoga practitioner or a complete beginner, Valerie’s classes are tailored to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. With a focus on safety, alignment, and proper technique, Valerie will guide you through each pose and transition, helping you to develop strength, flexibility, and balance along the way.

My goal is to help people become more conscious and aware and make this world a better place to stay, 1 yoga class at the time.

What do I need to bring & wear?

Please bring your own yoga mat & your donation.

Bring water and a hat to protect you from the sun.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes.

What if I have an injury?

Make sure you mention the injury to your teachers. We recommend seeking professional advice before starting.

Do I need a partner?

You do not need a partner to register for the event. We will match you with people at the event.

Can I still join if I’m new to acro?

Absolutely, this is accessible to everyone. This class is more acro than actual yoga. Many people that join don’t do yoga. If you practice yoga it will definitely help you for the flexibility and core strength but it isn’t a requirement.
