Free Yoga in Bondi
Join us once a week for a free outdoor yoga class by the ocean.
These classes are opened to all levels, no experience needed.

SUPPORTING LOCAL COMMUNITIES
The class will start with a brief introduction followed by 1 hour of vinyasa (flow) yoga. After the class you are welcome to hang around and join the conversation.
At the end of the class, we sometimes ask for donations that will go towards supporting local communities. If you know any communities that are close to your heart and would like us to support, please contact us!
This event is open to ALL. You don’t have to be a “yogi” or have done any yoga before. The aim is to move our bodies, meet new people and connect around a nice cup of tea!
LOCATION: Mark Parks, Bondi
TIME: 9:00am every Saturday.
ENTRY FEE: Free
No experience needed and please bring your own mat.

I met Valerie as an attendee at one of my yoga events. Over the past 6 months I’ve loved having Valerie as part of my events team teaching yoga and acro yoga. While Valerie’s classes are fun, they are also very professional and all levels of yoga are catered for. Valerie such a natural! I always enjoy coming to her classes. Great locations and you always go at a good pace for all levels. So gentle with adjustments and providing alternatives variation posture, really present with each person in the class, have a little massage at the end to help relax, so I leave wanting to go to her next class, thank you.
