Congratulations on starting your New Yoga journey!

 

Either you have decided if yoga is for you or not, the best thing to do is to give it a try.
There are many places you can try yoga, but we strongly believe that practising at sunrise with an ocean view is probably one of the best set up to start your journey.

 

We know that starting yoga can be challenging and many questions may come to your mind. So that’s why we put together some of the most frequent questions asked.

Where are you located?

It depends of the events. Some events are run in Bondi, others in Manly. We recommend double checking the location either on the webpage, on the Facebook page or the email confirmation you received. Any questions, feel free to email us: info@victoryyoga.com.au 

What if I have never done yoga or Acroyoga before?

Our classes are for everyone. Your teacher will take you through all the poses and will adapt the pace of the class to your level.

What should I bring?

You should bring your own mat & a bottle of water.
For outdoor classes: Bring a jumper for cooler days and a hat for sunny days.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movements. Shorts and t-shirt or leggings and tank top.

What if it rains? (for outdoor events)

If the weather is unsteady, feel free to reach out. We usually send send an email or text message at least 45min prior to the class if the class is cancelled. 
We also credit or refund your class. 

What if I have an injury?

Make sure you mention the injury to your teacher. We recommend seeking professional advice before starting. Feel free to contact us before your class if you are unsure.
