What our students say about our AcroYoga classes:

“I have been looking for an opportunity to learn acro for years and this program is the perfect introduction to Acro Yoga. Valérie is a great instructor for all levels. She provides you with the skills and confidence you need enjoy the beautiful and sometimes complex sport of Acro Yoga!”
Phoebe
I’m familiar with Acro, doing this workshop really helped me communicate with other people and discuss positioning of feet on people taller and shorter than myself. Usually I do this with one person, becoming used to that interaction. I’m glad I got to base and I actually can do that properly!
Joanna Signorelli
“I absolutely love coming to Victory Yoga with unusually perfect class combinations, like acupuncture and yoga, or sound healing and yoga. It’s great value for money, because to attend those activities separately would be triple the price but you get two in one, doubling the cure! Plus Valerie is an amazing teacher full of vitality. I always feel revived and refreshed when I leave.”

Qs&As

Do I need to have any prior experience with yoga or acrobatics?

No prior experience is necessary. I specialize in teaching AcroYoga for beginners and will tailor the lesson to your needs and abilities.

What equipment or props do I need to have for an online AcroYoga class?

You don’t need any equipment or props to take online AcroYoga classes, but having a yoga mat and comfortable clothing is recommended.

What if I have an injury?

Make sure you mention the injury to your teachers. We recommend seeking professional advice before starting.

What should I wear during the online class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and won’t restrict your range of motion. Avoid wearing jewelry or anything that could get caught during the practice.

Do I need a partner to take online AcroYoga classes?

You don’t need a partner to take regular in-person AcroYoga classes. However if you want to practise from home, you will need a friend, partner or colleague.

Can I still join if I’m new to acro?

Absolutely, this is accessible to everyone. This class is more acro than actual yoga. Many people that join don’t do yoga. If you practice yoga it will definitely help you for the flexibility and core strength but it isn’t a requirement.

How do online AcroYoga classes differ from in-person classes?

Online AcroYoga classes are similar to in-person classes, but the main difference is that you’ll be practicing from the comfort of your own home and I’ll be providing instruction via a video conferencing platform.
